Al Fatah Kader
Founder and Chief AI Officer, Chatiga
Al Fatah Kader is the founder of Chatiga and its Chief AI Officer. He advises chief executives and the people who support them on putting AI to work without letting it make the decisions: AI proposes, the person decides; AI executes, the person verifies.
The rule comes from a decade of building automation and access architecture inside large organizations — SharePoint at two-thousand-user scale — where he delivered systems shaped around the people using them, taking off the load that otherwise makes adoption stall.
He paces adoption to the organization rather than to the vendors’ release calendar, and treats the major platforms as substrates to build above, not partners to depend on. A United States Department of State language scholar, he reads Western, Gulf, and South Asian business contexts with equal fluency.
He also leads leadership seminars on professional communication — how senior people earn and keep client relationships, and how managers and junior staff brief one another so that work comes back right the first time.
Chatiga is built on the same ground: governance that reduces cognitive load, so the small decisions settle themselves and attention is left for the ones that matter.
